Kelly Services is currently seeking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to run a hot desk within our growing Trades Division.
Due to high volume of growth within our Trades division, opportunity exists for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our ever expanding team working in the largest branch within Kelly Services network.
You will drive, grow and develop new business relationships. You will be working with a fully developed database of clients and candidates coupled with a specialized vertical.
To be successful for the role:
Previous recruitment experienced in Trades or industrial is highly desirable
At least 2 years sales experience in Technical Sales
Strong communication skills and the ability to build and forge relationship with variety of stakeholders
Intermediate computer skills, exposure to Bullhorn CRM system is highly desirable
High Level attention to details
Excellent Time Management skills
Ability to work in team environment and/or autonomously
