The opportunity
We currently have an open term, full time opportunity for an experienced retail Leasing Executive to join QIC's Global Real Estate team in Sydney. At QIC, we adopt an investment style which is contemporary, sophisticated, disciplined and hands-on.
In this role you will bring your passion, enthusiasm and experience to this highly collaborative and successful team who have brought some of the best retail experiences to New South Wales, Australia and abroad.
Working at our vibrant and established centres, where continued advancements and developments are happening, you will be required to provide a high-class service to our existing retail customers and leverage your existing networks to bring new clients to QIC within the aspirational and iconic retail platform.
You will be encouraged to bring new ideas to the team and cement transactions that help achieve our vision of a unique and multi-dimensional retail experience for our customers.
You will be well supported by one of the nation's strongest tenancy design and delivery teams as well as a highly effective leasing admin team.
The ideal candidate
As a strong candidate for this role, you will have at least 5 years' experience within retail leasing, working on super regional/regional shopping centre assets, previous asset project leasing experience and exceptional relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate financial acumen and have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the relevant Retail Leases legislation. You will also have a current Real Estate Licence/Certificate of Registration or equivalent.
