Description
- Provide the Board of Trustees, Senior Management and staff with reliable and timely consolidated financial information and analysis
- Prepare regular and timely consolidated management information, including monthly group management accounts and quarterly financial reforecasts.
- Manage the annual group budget process in an effective and timely way.
- Develop and produce financial management reports.
- Assist the Finance & Resources Director in the preparation and upkeep of medium term financial projections.
Profile
- Professional accounting qualification, e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in accountancy/finance management.
- Developing and implementing financial systems (desirable.)
- Managing a small finance team.
- Preparing and analysing budgets.
- Preparing and analysing management accounts.
- Supporting HR function (desirable.)
- Financial reporting to external donors.
- Reporting and monitoring to tight deadlines.
- Effective financial management skills.
- Experience in using complex finance consolidation systems.
