Reporting to the General Counsel cum Chief Compliance Officer, APAC, you will be given the support and autonomy to manage the regional compliance matters. You will advise on regulatory matters and seek to enhance internal compliance policies and procedures, with a focus on, anti-bribery/corruption and personal data privacy. You will build on and enhance training on various compliance matters to the business; assist with investigations of alleged compliance breaches and maintain the global whistle-blower hotline/policy.
Ideally you are legally trained or are a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional with some 10-12 years of relevant experience in the area of Ethics & Compliance. Some light travels (approx. 20%) will be required.
