Analyst, Client Service
BNY Mellon Markets Collateral Management provides collateral solutions to global market participants. Through the efficient and optimal collateralization of trading and counterparty exposures, Collateral Management assists its clients in managing risk, capital and liquidity via its ability to provide the broadest market, transaction and client coverage across several asset classes globally. As a member of the Collateral Management team, you will be part of a global market leader, working with a world class group in multiple global locations and servicing some of the largest clients worldwide.
Service Delivery is responsible for the timely and accurate processing and reporting of Collateral Management daily operational activities as well as the resolution for any problems that may arise. S/He must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines. S/He must be knowledgeable on and able to monitor multiple functions at the same time and to communicate effectively to clients, internal business units and Senior Management.
S/He will be supporting a mix of functions that includes, but is not limited to: daily service delivery tasks, to ensure timely settlement, corporate action investigation, communication of failed trades, reconciliations, exception investigation and resolution, and reporting. S/He will need to be able to answer inquiries, either directly or through research with other functional areas. S/He will provide professional support to Service Delivery Team through daily communication to ensure risk mitigation.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
