Temporary Financial Accountant

Working in a fast paced manufacturing environment, the Financial Accountant will assist with a number of key projects over the next 6 months.

My client is a fast paced Manufacturing business who supplies their product both nationally around the UK and into Europe.

Description

Working to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will be joining the business during a very busy period.

As well as being involved in specific month end duties, there are a number of key projects happening in the business that you will get heavily involved in.

One of these projects involve moving specific costing information onto a new system and coding accordingly.

key duties will include;

• Production of the monthly Management Accounts with Variances.
• Production of the Weekly accounts
• Stock reconciliation
• Assist on the preparation of Budgets and forecasts
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• delivering process improvement

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant and hold ACA, ACCA or CIMA

Exceptional QBE's may be considered

Strong IT skills including Excel.

Ideally you will have worked in a manufacturing environment, other sectors will be considered

Job Offer

Salary up to £250 per day through a Ltd co

6 month assignment
