ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT/ACCOUNTANT Requirements - Qualifications/ Experience: • Level 1 or 2 ACCA or related qualification • At least 3 Years' Experience in a similar field • Proficient in Quickbooks Other • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Able to multi task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines • High level of efficiency, precision, initiative and follow- through. • Should be reliable, honest with integrity and commitment to work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully. • Very organized and good interpersonal skills • Ability to perform in a fast pace environment • Strong proficiency using MS Outlook, Word, Excel Responsibilities • Preparation of Journals, Spreadsheets, Reconciliations, Schedules and Reports • Data Entry • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable • Inventory and Costing • Other accounting related duties
