The client is looking for a management Accountant to join their small to medium sized team based in Oldham. They're looking for someone with previous experience in a similar position who can hit the ground running right away.

Description
- Produce monthly management accounts to strict deadlines for both Character Options Ltd and Character Gifts Ltd.
- Year end and interim/statutory accounts and tax returns.
- Month end closure, including identification and posting of all Accruals and Prepayments.
- Reconciliation of Balance sheet Accounts including Inter Company Balances on a monthly basis.
- Preparation of quarterly Royalty Returns.
- P11D year end reporting.
- Oversee the purchase ledger department and all cash book and bank reconciliations.
- Complete quarterly Vat Return, EC sales, intrastat and UK statistical returns.
- Fixed Assets Register.
- Various ad-hoc duties that could reasonably be expected in a Finance Department
Profile
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running and have previous experience in a similar position. Someone with a passion for Management Accounts and not afraid to make changes and improvements where they feel neccessary will be successful.
Job Offer
The successful candidate will receive a Salary up to £35,000 with excellent company benefits.
