Our Client, well-renowned funds provider, is looking to hire Real Estate Accountant with Fund accounting & consolidation experience to join their team.

The role is not limited to;
  • Providing daily/monthly/quaterly fund accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of Real Estate clients and structures
  • Ensuring that all day-to-day matters required to be completed are performed in a timely and satisfactory manner including monitoring tasks
  • Prepare management accounts and financial statements in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and SFRS
  • NAV calculations, capital call workings and distribution workings
  • Liaising with Property Managers in relation to accounting for property vehicle transactions
  • Working closely with the Real Estate Funds administration team to ensure that accounting records are accurate and transactions and activity within the portfolio are understood and incorporated into the accounting ledgers as appropriate
  • Supporting the audit processes
  • Perform other duties to support the Manager and team as may be necessary

Job Prerequisites:
  • Minimum with ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA qualification
  • Experience of bookkeeping for Real Estate and/or Private Equity structures
  • A good working knowledge of IFRS/SFRS and US GAAP
  • Experience of the Singapore corporate and funds industry and relevant rules and laws which drive reporting and accounting requirements
  • Motivated and driven
