This role, Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50 (Project role), is an exciting opportunity to work for a Property company who are expanding rapidly and implementing a new system.

Our client are expanding across London and are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable candidate to assist with a backlog of work.

The role will be high volume accounts payable in a fast paced environment and will require candidates to start next week.

Client Details

Our client are based in North London and are expanding across London into other location.

There is currently a backlog of accounts payable invoices meaning candidates must have experience in high volume processing and happy to work in a fast pace environment.

The role is to start next week on a temporary basis (paid hourly) meaning candidates must be immediately available or on a maximum of a 1 weeks notice and happy with a temporary role.

Sage experience is vital.

Description

This role, Accounts Payable Clerk with Sage Line 50 (Project role), involves:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Processing purchase invoices

- Paying suppliers

- Processing up to 300 invoices per week

- Resolving complex queries

- Providing solutions to suppliers

- Bank reconciliations

- Supplier statement reconciliations

- Working on Sage - Sage experience is vital

- Paid hourly

- Accountancy based

- Based in North London

- Interview Monday and start next week

- Ongoing for a minimum of 3 months
