Description

The role is reporting in to the office Manager.

The duties include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Nominal Postings

  • Petty Cash & Expenses

  • General banking

  • Assisting with paperwork and general administrative task

  • Assisting in processing purchase ledger invoices

  • General scanning and filling

  • Assisting in payroll

  • Dealing with general queries

  • Ad hoc covering reception

  • Profile

    The successful candidate MUST:

    • Have experience working in a similar type role - Essential
    • Be studying AAT - desirable
    • Have intermediate MS Excel skills - Essential
    • Have a strong attention to detail and be highly organised - Essential

    Job Offer

    This role is looking to pay from £18,000 to £20,000 per annum + Parking + Pension
