Report to CFO directly, and obtain accounting and technique instructions which comes from MNCs and capital market. Have enough opportunities to contact capital market, including roadshow, DD, Deal settlements… as well as routine communications with first tier I-banks.

• Review and analysis company operational/sales/cost/revenue etc.,management reports
.回顾分析公司运营/销售/成本/收入等管理报告,
• Model and forecast preparing / developments, review and executive
模型和预测制作，发展，以及执行
•Develop and design financial analysis reports and formulating financial model, especially for the new established centers, which are using as tools for management to evaluate the revenue trend and patterns, cost behavior and drivers and their relationships.
制作和设计财务分析报告，制作财务模型，特别是新中心财务模型，这个是被用来作为管理团队评估收入变化，成本驱动，以及他们的关系.
•Provide timely and value added information by evaluating the revenue trends, changes in cost pattern to CFO for facilitating decision making, planning and controlling.
为CFO提供及时的，增加价值的收入趋势分析，成本模式变化来决策支持，计划和控制
•Prepare reports required from CFO, analyze and give comments to the financial data and its related performance measurement.
准备其他的来自于CFO的报告，分析并且为财务数据，评估表现来作出评估
Qualifications and experiences:
资格和经验
Intensive knowledge in analyzing financial data, familiar with Chinese GAAP；
在财务数据分析方面经验丰富，熟悉中国会计准则
Possess strong knowledge in data collection from accounting systems；
在如何从会计系统抓数字方面有强的知识
Hard working, capable to work under pressure, overtime, innovative and accept changing；
工作勤奋，能够在压力下工作，一定的加班，自我激励，乐于面对变化
Good computer application knowledge, such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint；
好的电脑知识，如Excel, Words 和 PowerPoint
University graduated, possess of CN CPA qualification while holding of CPA other than China is a preference.
大学本科毕业，有中国注册会计师，或者是其他国际会计师证书
Minimum 5 years direct related finance/analysis working experience and 3 years management exposure.
最少5年的直接财务/分析工作经验，3年的的管理经验
Big 4 accounting firm/I-bank analysis function exposure is a plus
有四大会计师事务所/投资银行分析部门工作的经验是个加分项。
