Description

This Accounts Payable Supervisor will carry out the following duties and tasks;

• Manage the Accounts Payable function
• provide mentoring, training and support
• Improve processes
• ensure accurate invoice processing
• manage the multicurrency transactions
• improve the efficient of the teams matching, bathing and coding operations
• drive a supportive and positive working culture
• run weekly and monthly reports
• assist Senior management in closing the ledgers at month end

Profile

Accounts Payable Supervisor characteristics and experience required

• 4+ years in Accounts Payable with ideally some exposure to leading a team and supervising
• A great track record in invoice processing
• examples of improving processes
• team player
• positive attitude to drive the team forward
