Bought Ledger clerk vacancy to ensure all credits and debits are paid or recovered from vendors and suppliers for the business

Client Details

The distribution business in Chessington has been established for 40 years and offers free parking and working hours of 9-6pm

Description

  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices to purchase orders
  • Enter all incoming invoices and credit notes accurately onto the system
  • Request invoice copies and credit notes
  • Dealing with stock, deliveries and nominal codes
  • Debit notes
  • Dealing with regular queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Allocate cash / Raising cheques
  • BACS/CHAPS and Direct debits
  • Deal with supplier remittances
  • Updating different spreadsheets and communicating updates internally

Previous experience in a busy bought ledger role
