Financial Controller

Our client is a well-established property development company with offices around the country. This is a brand new role based at their newly established offices in the Midlands.

They are currently looking for an ambitious, motivated and highly driven fully qualified Financial Controller to succeed and progress as a new division within the business.

You will be taking responsibility for the financial reporting for the Midlands division, ensuring that there are adequate processes and controls within the finance function.

As Financial Controller your duties will include:

• P&L forecasts, cash flow forecasts etc
• Oversight of all tax matters
• Supervision of budget reviews
• Overall management of reporting
• Supervision

Skills required:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Construction experience
• Highly IT literate
• Committed to the business
• Thrives in working to tight deadlines
• Excellent problem solving and investigative approach

Salary & Benefits:
