A fantastic opportunity is available for a dynamic enthusiastic person to be trained internally to become a Billings Assistant this opportunity is due to rapid growth within a Consultancy company who urgently require a Billings Assistant to join their vibrant team and are willing to train
Responsibilities
- Accurate billing processes for your assigned Companies
- Dealing with queries effectively and efficiently
- Processing Cash allocation and adjustments promptly
- Building positive relationships both internally and with Customers
- Ensuring KPI's are adhered to for your Customers
- When necessary provide cover within Billing Team
Skills and Experience
- Advanced Excel to Macro level essential
- Enthusiastic and keen to progress
- Articulate and personable
