Senior Finance Analyst for one of the largest housing organisations in the country. You will be primarily responsible for key financial analysis and planning for development.
Client Details
This organisation are one of the largest housing organisations in London and the UK and are part of the G15. They have a strong development pipeline of thousands of properties over the next 5 years to add to a huge existing portfolio. This organisation provides a mixture of social and private property
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Scenario analysis and financial modelling for development schemes in the UK.
- Construction of bespoke financial models
- Working with the wider development finance team to deliver excellent service to all stakeholders
Profile
You will be a fully qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA accountant (or equivalent) with strong technical financial planning and analysis skills that can be evidenced through experience. The ability to communicate effectively with non-finance is essential to success within the position as is a thorough understanding of financial modelling and investment appraisal. All backgrounds considered but an understanding within UK Social housing or residential property development would be highly beneficial.
