Vendor Manager
- Management of bank's outsourced service provider (OSP)
- Work with OSP to ensure delivery of committed service levels
- Work with vendor to ensure compliance with bank's outsourcing, business continuity, information security and regulatory guidelines
- Review operational procedures and implement process improvements
- Perform root cause analysis and investigation for any incidents/outages
- Assist in preparation for contract renewals. Evaluate proposals submitted by vendors during RFP exercises.
Qualifications
Candidates should:
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Possess good problem solving skills and attention to details
• Being familiar with self-service banking and cash operations would be advantages
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
