Qualifications
- Processing of new Auto Loan applications
- Processing of change requests before loan disbursement (e.g. change of loan tenor, change in loan amount)
- Processing of restructuring requests after loan disbursement (e.g. change of loan tenor, change of guarantor and novation)
- Re-validation of loan applications
- Processing applications and renewals of dealers/ sub dealers
2) Auto Loan Documentation (ALD) for CFS which covers the following functions:
- Issuance of release letter
- Disbursement of loans;
- Print and despatch of HP agreements;
- Loan restructure of loans;
- Placement and discharge of vehicle lien;
- Manage VRL notifications
3) Secured Loan Mortgage (Private Home Loans and HDB Loans):
- Handle documentation for Disbursement/ Redemption/ Loan Cancellation/ Loan Restructuring/ Partial Repayment/ Re-pricing of Interest Rates and other ad-hoc
- loan related service requests
- Prepare instructions (i.e. payment of valuation/ legal fees, partial capital/ Bridging Loan/ Short Term Loan repayment) to Consumer Loan Admin for all customer/
- lawyer instructions
- Perform safe-keeping of security documents with Custodian via CLIMS
- Prepare monthly reports for reporting purposes

- Degree/Diploma in Business/Finance
