Description

Key responsibilities of the successful Payroll Officer include:

• Running a monthly Payroll for 200 employees
• Running a weekly Payroll for 70 employees
• Calculating HMRC, holiday and sickness calculations
• Daily use of Sage accounting software to run Payroll
• Accurately process all payroll amendments
• Various administrative responsibilities as required

Profile

The successful Payroll Officer will be:

• Experienced in end-to-end Payroll processing
• Accurate with an eye for detail
• A good communicator
• Able to multi-task and prioritise the workload
• Good understanding of Microsoft office programs
• Prior experience of Sage accounting software beneficial
• Prior administration experience beneficial
