Description
Key responsibilities of the successful Payroll Officer include:
- Running a monthly Payroll for 200 employees
- Running a weekly Payroll for 70 employees
- Calculating HMRC, holiday and sickness calculations
- Daily use of Sage accounting software to run Payroll
- Accurately process all payroll amendments
- Various administrative responsibilities as required
Profile
The successful Payroll Officer will be:
- Experienced in end-to-end Payroll processing
- Accurate with an eye for detail
- A good communicator
- Able to multi-task and prioritise the workload
- Good understanding of Microsoft office programs
- Prior experience of Sage accounting software beneficial
- Prior administration experience beneficial
