We're looking for a people person for this role. It's all about developing and training the team. Ok, from time to time you'll get your hands dirty, but overall, you want to empower your team to take on the challenges. Success in role = a happy team meeting deadlines with a high quality of work.
Ideally you'll be fully be qualified, but, QBE applicants are certainly being considered. The key experience point needed is, a CV which shows excellent team management skills and experience.
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of a finance team of 5 across clercial finance and management accounts
- Development of the team ensuring they hit their personal and work objectives
- Review of monthly management accounts including commentary
- Support the wider finance function around budgets, forecasts and financial accounts
- Ad-hoc project accounting and analysis
- Recruitment of further positions in the future as the company continues to grow
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong staff management experience.
