Your Role as an Accounts and Tax Manager:

As an Accounts and Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio with an annual fee income c.£500k. Their client base is predominantly OMBs and SMEs, across a range of sectors with a high number of property and construction clients with average client turnovers c.£2m-£10m, although ranging up to £80m. This firms' goal is to break into the Top 100 in the next few yearsManage and review the work of an enthusiastic team of accountants and tax advisorsUse your experience to improve processes and create best practiceBuild and maintain relationships with clients to drive the business forward

What You'll Need to Succeed as an Accounts and Tax Manager: You must be ACA/ACCA Qualified with post qualification experienceYou will have experience in managing your own portfolioEnthusiasm to progress in a Senior roleA good management rapport to mentor the team
