The client; provides blue collar staff to support various businesses. Based in Woking, the company is currently going through significant growth
The role; Approximately 60 to 70% of the role is preparing /processing monthly payroll for the outsourced payroll provider (450 + staff), dealing with payroll queries, checking/ rechecking payroll info plus calculations, producing weekly payroll reports. Other aspects of the role include providing HR support and guidance, note taking within disciplinary meetings, HR admin/ reporting, assisting in various change projects
Previous experience
- Proven / highly accurate Payroll admin/ processing experience - ideally ADP
- Someone who has had sole responsibility for payroll / can hit the ground running
- HR experience ideally but not essential
