Your duties will be varied, including the following:
- Posting of Purchase ledger invoices
- Posting cashbooks
- Issuing credit memos
- Issuing business customer documents
- Credit checks
- Scanning and indexing of Finance documents onto cloud based system
- Assisting other colleagues where required with adhoc projects
- Communicating with all areas of the business via email and telephone
By getting involved in all areas of the Finance department, you will have the opportunity to build your knowledge and experience and have the potential to progress your career in Finance.
Our client is looking for someone who has:
- Good IT skills
- The desire to work and progress in a finance role
- Excellent communication skills
