£40,000 - £45,000 + excellent benefits

Search Consultancy is currently working with a leading FTSE 350 company who have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and motivated Financial Accountant. The Financial Accountant will have a strong audit background. You will have the ability to demonstrate a detailed technical understanding of international financial reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP) accounting regulations and the ability to interpret and apply these standards to local circumstances.

Key responsibilities include:

* The production of financial reports, financial transactions and reconciliations, key performance metrics and analysis
* Review Statutory Accounts.
* Review and improve processes and procedures and identify opportunities to improve controls
* Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
* Provide support to Junior member of the team.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA or similar)
* Excellent knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
* Experience of working in a practice (Desirable)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant or a first mover from practice to work for an already successful international company.
