Videos Duties HelpDuties Summary As a Business Analyst in the Customer Relationship and Data Management Division, Branch A, you will lead the expansion of business intelligence capabilities (BI) within the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) organization. This position is located in the Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (QC). The Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement is responsible for providing data driven, strategic account management that delivers mission value to FAS portfolios, our agency clients, and the taxpayer. Location of position: The location of this position is any GSA satellite location in the U.S. The specific satellite location can be negotiated after selection. This is not a virtual position. Provides hands on expertise using the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application, leads the expansion of CRM cloud solutions and improves the Business Intelligence (BI) capabilities within the FAS organization and in addition introduces emerging principles and techniques around CRM and BI solutions. Analyzes enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence systems, including source data systems, to identify and document complex data mapping, business rule analysis, and functional and non-functional requirements. Develops and implements a wide range of advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness. Prepares and conducts briefings for higher level management to explain analysis of data warehouse and business intelligence project documentation. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience applying a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in order to develop, implement, manage, and evaluate programs. Such experience would include knowledge of business intelligence (BI) platforms, program management, process improvement, change and communications management and/or organization business operations.
