A 12 month temporary assignment managing a team of 10+ AP clerks
Client Details
My client is a large Public Sector organisation based in Swansea.
Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a CCAB qualified Accountant to join this large Public Sector organisation as a Financial Accountant on a 12m temporary contract.
Reporting to the Head of Financial Accounts, the Financial Accountant plays a key role in the organisation.
Managing 2 separate teams of AR clerks, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inward transactions are posted to the relevant areas of the systems and statements are reconciled accordingly.
You will also produce the monthly management accounts for the Charitable fund as well as working with the Internal Auditors for matters regarding financial governance.
Profile
You will be a fully qualified Accountant
You will have excellent financial accounting skills.
You will have good management experience and be able to lead and motivate a team of c 10 staff.
You will have excellent Microsoft word and excel skills.
Job Offer
Salary c £19-24 per hour.
