Growing and changing Global Engineering Business seeking an experienced Financial Controller
Client Details
Global listed Engineering Company with £billions turnover, the organisation specialises within the Automotive industries.
Description
The financial controller roles will entail -
- Full responsibility for the transactional team
- Producing accurate P&Ls
- Annual budgeting/forecasting process
- Ensuring all variances are analysed, understood, challenged and appropriate actions put in place to improve
- Preparation of statutory accounts
- Ensuring full control and governance
- Improvements of processes and procedures
- Supporting the Business Partnering team
- Management of a team of 5 plus a number of indirect reports
Profile
- The successful individual will be fully qualified originally from a practise background.
- An experienced man manager with a track record of driving capable finance teams.
- You must have experience of working for a large Global business and comfortable in a corporate environment
- Ideally an Engineering or Manufacturing background
- Experience of business change, capable of driving and supporting your team
- Must be seeking a long term career and development
- IT literate ideally with MS dynamics or SAP
- Strong Excel
Job Offer
£50,000 to £60,000 plus car, bonus, pension, private healthcare
