Description

Key duties as an Accounts Administrator will include:

  • Order acknowledgement sent after every order received

  • Purchase Orders - create & send to supplier

  • Keeping customer informed of job status

  • Liaise with Finance Manager regarding pro-forma payments before job goes into production

  • Ensure filing is done regularly & diligently

Profile

The sucessful candidate will be:

  • Experience within a similar role is ideal
  • Computer Literate (Excel)

  • Good communication skills
  • Able to manage their time well
  • High attention to detail

Job Offer
