Senior Project Manager (Change Management & Delivery)

Principal responsibilities

• Support the management and ownership for overseeing and the reviewing progress of assigned Target Servicing Model design related activities and projects.
• Oversee the development of business procedures and acting as a product subject matter expert
• Manage cross functional product team to launch products to new markets in Asia, and design the target servicing model
• Assist in identifying potential initiatives through contacting and liaising with clients, business heads, market contacts and operating executives across the region
• Project team management and coaching to members where required. Monitoring of team dynamics and individual differences to ensure team goal is achieved

Requirements

• Master Degree holder in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Strong experience in product development or project management in Securities Services field, with exposure in Fund Administrations, Transfer Agency or Custody business line.
• Certified Project Management Professionals or Agile Practitioners preferred.
• Strong motivation and ability to work under pressure
• An analytical mind with good interpersonal, presentation and problem solving skills
• Fluent written and spoken English with good communication skills

Ideal candidates should have background in custody, transfer agency, fund accounting, fund admin or treasury. Candidates with various levels of experience would be considered.
