Accounts Payable Supervisor (12 MFTC)

Our client, an international market leader with a fantastic reputation for support and development, is looking to source a talented Accounts Payable Supervisor, to join its fast-paced finance team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract. There will be a strong possibility of permanent employment afterwards and the client will be looking for someone who is able to fit seamlessly into the existing team and culture.

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of a team of 5, specifically relating to the Merchandise payable function, as well as producing reports for Management.

Main duties include:
• Maintain and enhance the working relationships between stakeholders internal and external
• Ensure deadlines for reporting Accounts Payable KPIs to all levels of management
• Monitor work flows to ensure productivity is maintained
• Ensure there are regular 1 – 1 meetings with the team
• Create talent development pipelines
• Focus on process improvement and efficiencies

The successful candidate will be a confident and credible Accounts Payable professional with some management experience. You will also have worked in a medium – large sized entity and be comfortable dealing with a high volume of invoices.
