With a recognisable brand name, the company now has a rare opportunity for a Reconciliations Manager to join the large Oldham finance function.
Your new role
As Reconciliations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a team of clerks, dealing with escalated queries , training and development as well as driving the reconciliations function of the business, whilst playing a part in on-going projects. You will directly manage 6 Reconciliations Clerks. Due to the company's focus on process improvement, this will play an element of the job, allowing you chance to implement and improve procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be required experience and understanding, as this is crucial to the role. You will have previous managerial experience, ideally within a large, fast-paced business. You will have strong communication skills, and be comfortable speaking at board level.
