Purchase Ledger Clerk

The One Group are currently working with a retail brand who are recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team, this position will be based on the outskirts of Saffron Walden.

You will be working on a 3 month contract supporting the finance team through their busy time of year, the main responsibilities of this position are as follows -

- Managing the AP inbox ensuring that all invoices received are actioned
- Liaising with various departments when dealing with invoice queries
- Deal with queries from suppliers over the telephone and by email
- Supporting with raising payments as required
