We are currently assisting a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate recruit an experienced Business Analyst for their busy Change Management team. Working in one of the most prestigious buildings in the City you will be responsible for leading the analysis work on multiple projects, within allocated deadlines, on the change management portfolio.
Utilising your existing, strong industry knowledge you will:
- Interpret the needs and constructively, challenge to determine and document optimal
business and or technology processes and requirements
- Lead and manage smaller-scale projects independently
- Support the Head of Change in the developing the Change Management
framework and communicating its benefits across the wider group
- Ensure that all analysis and requirements are captured within the agreed time-frames and
budget
- Ensure that stakeholder engagement is at a high level with both peers and customers
- Support senior management in making recommended changes, whilst resolving any issues
- Act as a conduit between IT & stakeholders ensuring clarity and understanding
As the successful candidate you will possess:
- Strong presentation skills
- The aptitude to dissect complex issues
- The ability to articulate options and solutions to clients
- An inquisitive mind-set, with the ability to challenge accepted norms
