Based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, our client is a growing, manufacturing business looking for an Interim Head of Finance to join their team.

This job would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA candidate with strong experience within the Manufacturing industry who has been a hands-on Head of Finance.

It is essential the candidate has strong all-round commercial and operational experience demonstrating a mix of driving financial performance and commercial business acumen, you will also need to have exceptional experience within senior stakeholder management.

Duties will include:

• Driving financial & operational performance
• Senior stakeholder management within Executive and Finance leadership teams
• Cash flow analysis
• Operational cost analysis
• Provide financial evaluation within investment appraisal projects
• Commercial performance analysis
• Strong team management and leadership
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
