Management Accountant - Worksop - £40,000 to £50,000
Chase and Holland are recruiting for a growing manufacturing business looking to take on a Management Accountant to manage a £10 million turnover division. The business has recently put a multi-million pound investment in their production facility and intends to focus growth on the site over the next 5 years.
This role would suit a Management Accountant or Finance Manager, ideally with experience in the sector, looking for more autonomy in their current role. The post holder will be part of the site leadership team and will remotely report in to the FD so will benefit from their mentor-ship in order to further progress their experience.
The main objective of this role is to maintain financial control over the manufacturing assets and stock of the business; provide operational and commercial information and insight in to the business to improve financial performance whilst managing a small dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Preparation of management accounts pack including budget and variance reports
All accounting Ledgers
Cash flow forecasting
The preparation of budgets
Responsible for credit control and supplier balances
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
Ensure stock control procedures are robust, manage year end and any interim stock counting
Cash management and treasury
We will consider candidates that are fully qualified (CIMA or ACCA), Part Qualified or qualified by experience with sector experience.
