About Deals

We make the big deals happen. We put together major mergers and acquisitions, working across the deal's life cycle, from establishing a potential deal to sourcing deals through searches, evaluating through due diligence and offering post-deal services. We also help clients in crisis situations, enabling them to respond to regulators or preserve the value of their businesses. As an integrated deals advisor, you'll get a taste of the full spectrum, from multinational companies looking to enter the China market through acquisitions to local businesses expanding overseas.

Your responsibilities will primarily include the following:
  • Assist in implementing IT solutions for the team including application development, as well as database and infrastructure design; and
  • Coordinate with internal IT specialists for project implementation, progression and deployment.
  • Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively;
  • Support system rollout, deployment and on-going support;

Below are optional responsibilities depends on your interest
  • Review business models of companies and perform financial analysis;
  • Work in conjunction with various professional advisors (e.g. tax and legal advisers) and support managers on project managing M&A transactions;
  • Assist in performing descriptive and predictive data analytics, as well as develop and deliver solutions based upon client needs;

Requirements:
  • University degree in Information Technology, Computing Science, Math, Engineering, Data Analytics or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid working experience in software development, project management, data analysis or related experience;
  • Experience in working with database servers (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, etc.);
  • Proficient in computer languages (e.g. C, Java, VBA, Python, etc.);
  • Knowledge in business intelligence platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx , Qlik, etc.) is a plus;
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Bright, team player who can work effectively under pressure and independently; and
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
