Core sector focus includes: Renewable Power Utilities Conventional Power Midstream & Downstream Infrastructure Profile In order to be considered for this opportunity, candidates must furnish a distinguished track record of executed/closed advisory transactions coupled with an investment thesis, both being centric to the team's core sector focus within Infrastructure & Energy. Ideal candidates will be current Investment Associates with 2 years focus on investment execution within Infra & Energy sectors. The incumbent will also have completed a traditional investment banking analyst program, having gained substantial exposure to the M&A transaction execution process. Superior financial modeling & VBA skills are required for this role, and will be thoroughly tested throughout the interview process. Job Offer Associates are required to have extensive sector expertise within Infrastructure & Energy from both an investment banking and investment management perspective. This investment team has a focus on advising portfolio company management teams in developing new business strategies as well as strategic financial alternatives.
