Senior RBWM Audit

An international bank is looking to hire a VP/SVP, focused on Retail Banking and Wealth Management Audits . This is a regional role that will report to the Group Head directly.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing the annual audit plan, and identify the risks within the internal control environment for the assigned areas and business improvements for the segments audited. This bank has a huge focus on APAC as a region and hence, travel will be upto 35% in the year. There will be a lot of interaction with regulatory bodies as well as external auditors. As a senior member in the team, the incumbent will be expected to meet audit, business management and expectations of regulators, and lead the team to complete audit work at a high standard.

The successful candidate must have the following:

• 10-12 years of experience in retail banking audits or wealth management audits
• Experience leading large scale audits
• CPA or CIA accredited
• Ability and willingness to travel regionally upto 35% in the year
• Strong stakeholder management skills
