Internal Audit Assistant Manager

Austin Andrew are working in partnership with a major bank to recruit an Internal Auditor to join their growing Audit function. This provides the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to gain responsibility over audit processes within a highly regarded, global bank.

Your responsibilities will include undertaking a wide base of financial audits covering the bank's primary operations and its Asset Management and Investments areas. You will be covering products such as corporate lending, FX, sovereign bonds and derivatives. You will gain fantastic exposure to Senior Management and will be reporting directly to the Head of Department.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIA qualified with some previous Internal Audit experience. You will have experience of conducting audits in a banking or asset management environment. You will have previously led audits and be comfortable reporting findings to Senior Management.

The position will be based in their City of London office, paying a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.
