Description

Key responsibilities:

• Managing an Assistance of Finance Controller and Accounts Assistant
• Overall responsibility of the Month end process
• Managing payroll
• Assessing the Daily revenue
• Oversee their Internal audit process
• Provide support where required
• Deal with any adhoc requests
• Sales ledgers are to be accurate and outstanding debts pursued in line with Company policy.
• Petty cash to be controlled within pre-determined limit
• To establish and maintain procedures to ensure that credit is only extended to authorised personnel and companies and that Company instructions are observed.

Profile

The successful candidate:

Hotel Industry experience is essential

Experience with managing the month end process

ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified or QBE

Happy to work within a small team

Managed people previously

Driven

Self motivated
