Financial Controller - Portfolio Company of a Private Equity Fund

The ideal candidate would be involved in taking key finance decisions and provid critical financial insight to the CFO and the investment team.

You would responsible for reviewing and publishing the financial reporting to Board, budgets, interfacing with bankers, managing the the balance sheet and cash flow of the business.

Hands on accouting expsoure & fund accounting and reporting experinec would be expected.

A listed company experience across any industry would be a plus.

This role would involve working closely with the SPVs and the portfolio company of the private equity fund and similar experience would be highly preferred.

• Degree or equivalent in accounting and finance or business management.
• Min 10 years' experience from big 4 and a listed company or a PE fund's portfolio company would be ideal.
• Aptitude in standard computer software (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
• Attention to details.
