Operational Risk Manager - VP level

• Develop/implement routines to capture and analyze information and present independent view of Hong Kong's Operational Risk Profile (key issues, status of remedial actions, etc.) to senior management
• Ensure applicable global and local Operational Risk related policies (e.g. Internal Loss reporting) are being adhered to
• You will be accountable for all Operational Risk related regulatory submissions and inspections
• Assist/or drive Post Mortem incident analysis for significant events or key Operational Risk related projects
• Conduct Operational Risk training

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• At least 7 to 10 years relevant risk management experience in Financial Services industry
• Good understanding of a broad range of financial products Finance/Accounting/Middle Office/Risk Management experience - ideal
• Good understanding of global/local regulatory reporting (i.e. Basel II) functions and processes preferred
• You will have experience in dealing with regulatory inspections
• Analytical thinker with strong influencing skills and experience dealing with senior stakeholders
• Ability to think strategically, generate innovative ideas, and to translate strategy to execution
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
