Buswells Hotel, Molesworth St, Dublin 2 is looking to fill this position. Hours flexible The role will fully support the accounts function within the hotel with the provision of accurate and timely reporting and daily accounts. Duties to include: Daily reconciliation of cash, cheques and credit card transactions Bank reconciliation Weekly reporting Debtor account reconciliation Dealing with billing queries Preparation of month end reports Ad hoc reconciliations and reporting Petty cash and reconciliation Liaise with various departments internally Various admin tasks assigned as required The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: 2 years experience in a similar role Hotel experience an advantage Knowledge of Opera system is desirable, however training will be provided Excellent MS Excel skills using formulae and functions for reporting High level of attention to detail and accuracy Excellent ability to communicate both written and orally with Fluent English High level of numerical accuracy Excellent customer service skills
