Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain Management

岗位职责： Key Responsibilities: • Be a member of Dalian GBS and also integrated to APAC Supply Chain Management controlling team to control supply chain costs. Cooperate with accounting team in share service center to ensure quality book closing. Provide monthly accruals and review accounts before closing.  Fixed costs management: tasks including budgeting, rolling forecasting, monthly reporting, variation analysis of fixed costs in APAC supply chain. • Support Distribution Center controlling. Build regular analysis report for Distribution Center operation to assist DC management on improving efficiency and productivity. • Enhance and improve working methods for day-to-day processes, templates and systems.  Build smart template and manage APAC consolidation. Key Relationships: • APAC Supply Chain Management finance controlling team. Dalian GBS accounting team. • Group Functions Finance Team in head office. • Local market finance team (local FP&A supporting sales, marketing and overall P&L). • Great China Region and Asia Pacific Supply Chain Management Operation team. Including Distribution Centers, Inbound and Outbound logistics etc. 任职资格： • University degree preferably in from Finance, Accounting, Management information system or related major. • 5+ years of work experience in related field. • Understanding of the interactions and dynamics within an international group. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Fluent written and spoken English. • Advanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PPT
