Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Legal Cashier to join the finance function of a successful well established law firm business based in Wakefield.

This well established law firm have positioned themselves at the forefront of their market as a result of the high standards of services they provide to their clients. An exciting new position has now arisen for a Legal Cashier to join the finance function of this established business based in Wakefield.

Description

The successful Legal Cashier will be responsible for, but not limited to: processing financial transactions for office and client accounts, inputting of invoices, daily banking of cheques, processing payments via cheques, BACS, CHAPS and credit card, setting up deposit accounts, online banking, dealing with queries, liaising with internal colleagues and external suppliers/contacts to resolve queries, obtain authorisations and maintain accurate accounting records.

Profile

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience within the legal sector - Desirable
  • Knowledge of Solicitors Regulations Authority Rules - Essential
  • Excellent communication skills - Essential
  • Good MS Excel skills - Essential

Job Offer

£18,000 to £24,500 + 37 Hour Working Week + On-site Parking + Great Company Benefits + Easily Accessible Location
