Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy Team in Woking.
Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Review of GRNi report, showing old unmatched Goods Received Notes
- Checking the history of relevant purchase orders and related invoices
- Using the open orders report as a point of reference
- Reviewing supplier balances and requesting supplier statements and copy invoices
- Working and liaising closely with the Accountants to clear down old items.
- Other Ad-Hoc Purchase Ledger duties as and when required.
Profile
The successful candidate
- Accounts Payable experience in SAP is essential
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
- Can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinker with strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to think analytically
