Our client is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accountancy Team in Woking.

Description

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Review of GRNi report, showing old unmatched Goods Received Notes
  • Checking the history of relevant purchase orders and related invoices
  • Using the open orders report as a point of reference
  • Reviewing supplier balances and requesting supplier statements and copy invoices
  • Working and liaising closely with the Accountants to clear down old items.
  • Other Ad-Hoc Purchase Ledger duties as and when required.

Profile

The successful candidate

  • Accounts Payable experience in SAP is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinker with strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to think analytically
