Real Estate Fund Accountant

Our client is a successful Private Equity Real Estate Investment Manager with a rare and exciting opportunity for a qualified ACA to join their London office as a Fund Accountant.

You will be responsible for:
* Providing financial reporting oversight of the funds, working with local service providers, accountants and auditors
* Preparing quarterly financials and year end consolidated accounts in addition to tax returns and investor reports
* Working on the various transactions including acquisitions, disposals, restructuring and refinancing
* Responsible for debt management reporting and compliance
* Working with the deal teams on investments, cash flows and various projects
* Assisting in the tax structuring of transactions as well as support on the executions

In order to be considered you must have:
* An ACA qualification with significant experience of private equity/real estate fund accounting
* Strong technical knowledge including UK GAAP and ideally US GAAP
* Understanding of Pan-European fund structures
* Strong communication and relationship management skills with a can do attitude
