Job Description

Candidate Qualification

Candidate should be a Commerce Graduate or any relevant qualification.

Candidate Experience

At least 2-3 years experience

Job Post Description

1- Monitoring daily collection, its posting in books, timely deposit in bank.

2- Coordinate with Lahore centres for timely process of requisitions raise for any upcoming events, marketing activities etc.

3- Processing vendor's payment on time.

4- Reporting to G.M. & Deputy G.M. for daily routine tasks.

5- Processing staff monthly salaries.

6- Timely submission of vendor's income tax and income tax on salaries & SST on SRB portal.

7- Manage & discuss bank related reports with dept. head for fund flow accuracy.

8- Filling of important documents. i.e. receipts vouchers, payment vouchers, FBR related docs. etc.

9- Assisting seniors for recurring tasks and any additional tasks when demanded specially for internal & external audits.

10- Coordination with team members for smooth operational tasks.
