Daily management and reconciliation of Bank accounts across the business
Monitoring the Cash flow forecasts to provide Treasury manager with update position on all cash holdings.
Maintaining Exchange rate tables daily and communicating this to the business for decision making.
Preparing Bank payments daily and reconciliations, along with cash postings to various ledgers.
Month end reconciliation of all bank accounts to Trial Balance
Providing details of bank transactions to Customer services and Subsidiary businesses
Petty cash Management and Cash handling when required
Profile
- Bank reconciliations experience
- Payments and online banking experience
- Comfortable using Excel have an idea how cash flows and postings work. Along with reconciliations
